While it makes sense for a 1,000-piece personalised jigsaw puzzle to be made from cardboard to keep it lightweight, you aren’t likely to want to give that to your toddler. We use responsibly sourced materials, like FSC certified cardboard to recycled plastic to make your photo puzzle, and we have carefully selected the right material for the right puzzles.

We print all your personalised puzzles on-site at our bespoke facility. We use water-based, eco-friendly inks and a modern digital printing technique that penetrates deep into the fibres of the material. Your personalised jigsaw puzzle is fade-resistant and long-lasting and that your print wont peel, rub or scratch away.

Your photo needs to be of good quality. Our simple design tool will tell you if your image isn’t quite high-enough in quality. It is worth bearing in mind that each screen displays colours slightly differently and you may see colour differences between your original photo and your personalised jigsaw puzzle.
With the user-friendly design tool, you can upload multiple images and make a collage. There are multiple collage options, from a selection of pre-set templates to creating your own layout and even our new smart montage tool. That depends entirely on what you choose. Most of our personalised puzzles come with a metal tin, which you can choose to have printed with the same design as you’ve chosen for your jigsaw, or you can design individually. This is ideal if you want to add a special message to the gift tin or if you want to make things a little trickier for the person doing the puzzle.
Not to blow out own trumpet, but we’d say it’s better. We handmake everything on-demand at our specialist facility, which means no mass production and no heavy machinery. We responsibly source all of our materials and ensure that they are of the highest quality so that each and every order that you place with us, is made to the same high standard.
It doesn’t need to be the same size as our design tool can scale it up or down for you. However, it is worth bearing in mind that if your image is smaller than the personalised jigsaw puzzle and needs to be scaled up then there will be some loss in quality. If you upload a picture at 200dpi, and then double the dimensions, the end result will only be 100dpi.
